N-Optix Job Descriptions
Customer Service Rep
Weekly Marks:
Responsibilities:
-Gain product knowledge through Company Training Sessions and the links provided. (Have the links accessible during your shift to aide in your customer service)
-Provide one-on-one customer service experiences.
-Greet all N-Optix Customers.
-Promote daily while on your schedule shift by starting conferences, sending notices in groups, Facebook posts, or just referring your friends to the store from your list.
-Promote Lucky Chair and Midnight Madness Board in N-Optix Group during your shift.
-Maintain the 5 scheduled hours a week and communicate if you can not make it.
-Clock in for your scheduled shift and submit timecard by 5pm SLT on Fridays.
-Track your sales and commission by date on a NC weekly to be submitted with your Timecard.
-Attend weekly store meetings.
-Respond to customer alerts for your assigned locations.
-Communicate using your company walkie.
-Check group notices daily.
- Worked at least 5 hours
- Promoted in the group, Facebook, and other inworld groups during shift.
- Made at least ONE sale (2 consecutive weeks of no sales=sales training course)

Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
Motivate and inspire team members
Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
Making sure your team is on shift during the appropriate times
Making sure they respond to their satellite store location pagers/radar
- Responsible for CSR duties while on shift.
- Must complete closing duties every evening.
- Worked at least 5 hours
- Promoted in the group, Facebook, and other inworld groups during shift.
- Made at least ONE sale (2 consecutive weeks of no sales=sales training course)
- Made sure all their team employees turned in timecards and referrals for the week by Friday at 5pm.
